  • Security is our top priority. World Of Card (WOC) will strive at all times to ensure that your personal data will be protected against unauthorized or accidental access, processing or erasure.   • Our web servers are protected behind "firewalls" and our systems are monitored to prevent any unauthorized access. We will not send personal information to you by ordinary email. You should be careful that your bank/personal/credit or debit card details including your Username and/or Password are not compromised by ensuring that you do not knowingly or accidentally share, provide or facilitate unauthorized use of it. Do not share your Username and/or password, any sensitive information or allow access or use of it by others.

    We endeavor to put in place high standards of security to protect your interests. If, in the unlikely event, unauthorized transactions have been conducted through your account or card through no fraud, fault or negligence on your part, we will see that you are covered for your direct loss up to the full amount of the unauthorized transaction.

  • You should safeguard your Username/Login, Password and payment card details by keeping it secret and confidential. Never write them down or share these details with anyone. WOC will never ask you for your Username or Password, in order to ensure that you are the only person who knows this information.

    When choosing your unique Username and Password for the first time, do not create it using easily identifiable information such as your birthday, telephone number or a recognizable part of your name. If you think your Username and/or password has been disclosed to a third party, is lost or stolen and unauthorized transactions may have been conducted, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately.

  • Without such data WOC may be unable to provide appropriate service to you (our customers).
  • Data is also collected from customers in the ordinary course of business to continue the commercial relationship. This includes information obtained when an order is places or a request made for support or services.
  • How your data may be used Data relating to a customer may be used to:
    • facilitate the daily operation of the services and sales/support facilities provided to customers;
    • conduct KYC (Know Your Customer);
    • design & provide new services or related products for customers' use;
    • market services or products of WOC and/or selected companies;
    • determine the amount of indebtedness owed to or by customers;
    • meet the disclosure requirements of any law binding on WOC or any of its partners or Agents;
    • to fulfill any other purposes relating thereto.
  • Disclosure of your personal information Information held by WOC relating to a customer will be kept confidential but we may provide such information to the following parties (whether within or outside the UK) for the purposes set out in paragraph (d):

  • Data access requests / Under the terms of this agreement, any individual has the right:
    • to check whether WOC holds data about them and of access to such data;
    • to require WOC to correct any data relating to them which is inaccurate;
    • to ascertain WOC's policies and practices in relation to data and to be informed of the kind of personal data held by WOC;
